You do .. you use the subscribe to thread function under thread tools which gives you options for notications about a thread, and there are other options you can default your profile to in the forum actions/genral settings section so that when you start a thread it can auto subscribe you to it if you wish
Anyway .. thought you knew about VB stuff ?
