I can never see the links on this forum, have i done something naughty?

There is an automatic promotion policy in place for all new users to prevent spam abuse (a big problem for all forums) I just made you jump the queue .. see if that helps, if not pm me

Ive adjusted the policy through time , to try not to be too restrictive, but there would be nothing worse than a new user who has had no vetting getting in and filling the forum with viagra ads, offensive porn, promoting their own web sites etc etc .. so its a neccessary evil I'm afraid

Just as a result of the above post I made elsewhere .. I went to check one of the forum logs that I hadnt emptied for a bout a week and a half and the record showed that a total 1446 people (spammers etc) have tried to join the forum in that time but were automatically rejected because they were on a known spammer database .. can you imagine the rubbish that would have been posted by then ? ... Wazza and Madmike combined wouldnt have been able to use that much viagra
