Just joined up as just managed to purchase the "forever home" but boy does she need some work... first jobs are clearing the land to see whats actually there and what looks like without the jungle and falling down outbuildings
Plan on doing as much myself as possible with specialist trades where needed
Im sure theres going to be plenty of dumb questions asked so apologies now
