Hydraulic thumb for 8 tonner Job

Going to be fitting a thumb on our 8 ton jcb for some jobs coming up , was wondering if anyone has any tips ,I'm sure it'll be straight forward enough . My only problem is making time to fit it between jobs .

Has anyone on here fitted the hydrolic type thumb .
