Hi All,
Apologies if i'm going to start asking stupid questions.
Just taken the leap on a tatty but what seems to be sound 2005 JCB 8014 mini digger
It has 2000 hours on the clock, but has play in the boom, and kingpin etc. How much would it cost to tighten the thing up, and where should i go for parts or assistance please?
Ebay seems to have the bucket pin and bushes. IS there a complete set? Is it a DIY fit? Am i naive in thinking i can just tighten it up?
I don't think it's critical, but i'd quite like to give it a refurb. Certainly needs a paintjob, and would be a good project for me. I'm hoping i can then sell in a year for at least what i paid.
Maybe i should be focussing on something else?
