Can anyone tell me what the two twist/pull leavers/bars are for on my old JCB 801.4 please?

any chance of a slightly more general view from a bit further back to get an idea of where these are on the machine?

Are they a slew lock for transportation? I don't have them on my 801.4 but had noticed that I have a ring on the under carriage aligned with where your lever is. I'm guessing if I did have them it would drop through the floor and into the ring to prevent the machine moving when being transported
