Hi all, looking for some experienced op tips on scooping buckets for carry using flat blade buckets, been on the diggers now about 2 years, but most of that time is in a quarry with very little bucket change let alone carry.
So as quarry has been cutting back, i am back to agency and going all over, i am familiar with most quick hitch systems though and fine carrying buckets with small dozer blade machines or on larger machine with toothed buckets just hook a tooth under the pins and lift
However recently covered a machine with only 1 large toothed digging bucket, the rest were all flat blade and found hooking under to scoop them for travel quite tricky, the bucket i was lifting would tend to pull forward rather than scoop backwards into my grading bucket
Any tips on technique for this would be greatly appreciated
