Kobelco SK07 Micro Control Pattern Change

Not sure its big enough to count as an excavator but it moves mud so here goes

On subject digger its set up a bit counter for me with the left hand stick Swing set as F-B as opposed to L-R. Any ideas how to change short of repiping at the valves? Also on topic after generic gaiter replacements for control sticks and also identifying the controls circled in the below. Many thanks. JR

No idea what I'm looking at but all 360 deg excavators conform to an iso standard.. if you want to match that you may have to swap pipes
