How do i grease this?

Hi

Hopefully i have attached a picture of grease nipple on a Komatsu PC14 that i carnt get to.

Is there a grease gun adapter that will get in there or do i need to change the nipple?

The pins much more worn than the others so looks like previous owner had same problem.

Any advise much appreciated.

It must articulate in some way to let the grease in ?
