Hi, I have an original KX41 not a -2 or a -3. One of the idlers has some play and clocks when travelling. So I need to get in about it some time. I'm trying work out how it's removed, but can't really see either on the machine or the parts diagram. I can't see what holds it in. Does the assembly just pull out forwards, once the track is off of course?

The other thing is the idler itself. Everyone seems to sell the assembly with wheel, shaft and blocks all assembled. Is it impossible or impractical to pop the shaft out and just replace seals and bearing?
Thanks, TS
