spent the weekend or so reading up on the current lighting regulations.. watts per lum and all that. what i don't understand, can i make an environment as bright as i want?? donen'tmake any sense... HELP!

Maybe you can only make it so bright before it becomes uncomfortable .. I know I have a problem with some Marks and Spencers stores that way or ... :? is it just cos the wife drags me there :D .. No seriously .. I find them too bright, and thats without windows aswell :| -
