Job Description
As an Area Sales Manager, you will have sole responsibility for developing and driving ambitious growth plans across your area. This opportunity is about ensuring strong and sustainable customer relationships, delivering best in industry products and developing a high level of service.
-The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the Excavator business across the South of the UK.
-The role will involve working closely with OEM's, Dealers, Distributors and End Users within the region in order to increase market share within the South.
-You will be tasked with generating new business opportunities as well as building relationships with pre-existing customers.
-Work closely with the existing team to build and grow existing relationships.
-Develop and deliver a proactive Business plan that will see the region grow
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Area Sales Manager will have the following experience:
-A proven track record of success within the building and construction equipment market.
-Be eager to work for a leading manufacturer that are growing within the market.
-Be a proactive individual that has a passion to not only achieve but exceed sales targets
-A strong relationship builder that is able to communicate effectively from Managing Directors down.
-The individual will ideally have strong experience dealing with OEM's, National Distributors and Dealers as well as with end users.
-You will Ideally be based in South East England, along the M4 corridor or Northern Home Counties.
-Kinshofer UK have a great team work ethos, so your personality and attitude will be key in securing this role.
What's on Offer
Excellent basic salary circa £45,000 (depending upon experience) Achievable and clear uncapped commission - First year OTE £15,000 Company Car Contributory Pension Scheme This is a great opportunity to join a small and dedicated team that have a superb reputation for high quality products and exceptional service.
