Hall & Woodhouse are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Graduate Surveyor to join their Commercial Team on a permanent basis in Blandford St Mary, 19 miles North of Bournemouth
Job Description
The Trainee Graduate Surveyor based in Blandford St Mary near Bournemouth will provide support to our Building Surveyors working within our Managed House and Business Partnership public house estate.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Diagnosing and managing minor repairs to buildings, plant and equipment
- Completing and preparing schedules of condition
- Working on capital investment projects which are designed to increase sales within the public house estate
- Ensuring that all works carried out are in accordance with current legislation
- Delivering specific property related projects as directed by the Commercial Manager
- Managing the implementation of "Green" initiatives (behavioural and technological) within the public house estate
The Successful Applicant
The successful Trainee Graduate Surveyor based in Blandford St Mary, near Bournemouth will have the following;
- A 2:1 degree in a building surveying qualification or similar
- The drive to deliver innovative solutions and design concepts in a timely manner
- An ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to support the business in leading the UK hospitality market

A competitive salary of up to £25,000 + car + benefits is on offer to the successful Trainee Graduate Surveyor. Additionally, Hall & Woodhouse will provide a training package that supports home study in order to obtain Chartered Membership of the CIOB. Once Chartered Membership of the CIOB is obtained, you will have the opportunity to progress within the business should a suitable role become available.
