Bulldozer work ?

I am currently doing dumper & telehandler work, but have seen a lot of jobs for dozer drivers and some offering big money, just wondering if anyone has tips or advice, if going through dozer training is worth it.

I am guessing it is one of those things that is not as easy as it looks, simply blade down & drive or else why would they offer such high pay rates.
