It seems Volvo Construction Equipment have put out a range of 'how to clips', for digger drivers which look quite handy for genuine advice for digger drivers new or old, heres some here, but if you look on the site, theres loads of 'em ;)

Ok so its for a 20 tonner, but all the rules are the same basically
