As my good friend Ian so delicately put it, I need to give an updated report on the construction progress after last week's debacle with the truss delivery. We have experienced an unprecedented run of amazing weather. It has been in the mid 70s to 80s this entire last week after suffering a wicked cold blowing 34 degree high just one week ago. Almost all the trusses that were delivered have been erected other than those that are supported by some 6x12 timbers that were back ordered. We also stick-built the shed roof over the family room and have a pretty decent area dried-in with felt on the sheeting. Here are some day to day progress pics.

Now I know where that awesome weather is coming from Bruce and thanks! Almost all our snow is gone which usually doesn't happen till the end of the month and it's actually warm enough to wear shorts. Well hope you guys keep sending us the great weather and I hope it stays good for you , it's nice when things start to take shape.
