hi fokes iv got a lifton 1 ton dumper , it wount start battey good , back wheels seam to be stuk on any help out there thanks

What have you done to start the dumper?
Has it fuel?
Does it have a clutch?
What model?
Do you have a picture?
It it in gear?
Does it have oil?
What make of engine?
is the engine turning over on the starter?
Is there fuel at the pump?
Is there a stopper solenoid fitter?
Is there a stopper cable ? is it seized?A driven man with a burning passion.
