Fordson Major revving up

My my Fordson major is revving up on its own and running near flat out all the time on its own. I fitted a end diaphragm but maybe it's not quiet right or is there anything else it could be?

Yep your diaphragm has a hole in it or else you ain't fitted your pipes back right jimbo ... How could you do that to the old girl .....
