Got it sorted, the rack was frozen on mine, so I took out the pump only to find that two of the pistons were also stuck. I filled the pistons with WD40 went had a cup of scald.
After I returned to the shed, I put a 10mm bolt in the pillar drill inverted the pump into the vice and if you click on the pic you see what happened next...inj pump.jpg
When this was completed I refitted the pump primed it bled it and jumped it of the langer rodent.
Away she went with some disgruntled rumblings and eventually ran smooth.............A driven man with a burning passion.
