New seals in place-L3e runs like new
Got the seals todays and installed them right away. Dismantled the injector tubes, opened the ( I dont know the how they are called in English :) on top of the IP, changed the seals with utmost attention to keeping all the inner parts clean. Tightened all and fired it up: What a lovely sound.
The Disco beat effect disappeared and idle is stable. 
The whole episode took me 1,5 hours and costed 23€ in spares at Volvo and some 50€ for special tools for the the injector tubes. Would have attached a pic, but quess it doesnt work.
