Sorted that solenoid was just a loose connector

The difficult to start after the stall seemed to be the symptom that pointed to the governor, see image to see what I adjusted.

Now when I engage the breaker for example, the engine is obviously under load but handles it with some additional black smoke from exhaust, before there was no smoke.

MAIN ISSUE RESOLVED!!!!!
Recap of Symptoms
- Using two drive levers causing stall
- Dead ending any two services causes stall
- Engaging breaker pipe caused stall.
- Difficult to start after stall (this only started recently)
- No smoke from exhaust.
Steps Taken
- Set main relief valves to the factory setting (185 bar)
- Replaced fuel line from tank
- Replaced all filters (fuel, oil and hydraulic)
- Ran engine from jerry can, same symptoms
Fix
- Adjusted Governor out by a full turn
