New Operators Licence fees

Any of you guys any knowledge of whats going on .. I got a bill in last week for £2 for my annual fee :o They say they are adding it to the test fee now .. WTF?

Yep .. I ve heard somone say this .. robbing peter to pay paul .. the test fee will now be an arm and a leg :cry:

That might be so .. but atleast now you only pay for the vehicle you get tested .. instead of 'booking' a certain number of vehicles onto an 'o' licence
