Simply qustion nothing mucky! Who likes having a steering knob on the steering wheel? I don't have one on the JD but was thinking of getting one but ate the same time not sure if I would use it! Do any of you guys have a steering knob and can't live without it or never use it?

I can reverse trailers much faster with one and handy when using a front loader too other than that Im not bothered. They are pretty handy on a dumper too, or anything where the other had needs to be working valves/controls whilst rollingPlease don't PM me for plant advice.. thanks .. Post in the forum where I will gladly help, as will many of our contributors.. as the info and responses will help everyone else, which is why we exist

Matter of choice really back in the last century when I was flailing hedgerows I had one always, but at trailer work it was a pita due to my expanded mid section, on the rubber tyred Massey digger it was a god send................
On some of the IH,Ford and JD I found the steering wheel drift with the knob challenging..................A driven man with a burning passion.
